My greatest passion is in supporting your journey back to your authentic self and live the life you were meant to live. I utilize the most effective treatment modalities to support healing from experiences that may have challenged your sense of self and your efforts to have what you desire in your life. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Master NeuroAffective Relational Model therapist, Master Accelerated Resolution therapist and an EMDR practitioner. Therapy should feel life-enhancing and I am committed to supporting my client's natural movement toward healing.
In my own healing journey, I have discovered that healing requires attention to all three spheres of our experience...our mind, our body and our spirit. In choosing to work with me for your healing journey, we can address all these aspects together. Integration brings us back to our original state of well being and joy.

Do You Accept Insurance?
I do not accept insurance. This approach offers some important benefits for you. By remaining private pay, there are no restrictions on the time and frequency of our sessions, and your confidentiality is enhanced.
All costs associated with therapy are your responsibility. If you need reimbursement, I can provide you with a "Super Bill" upon request. A Super Bill is a detailed receipt that includes the specific information insurance companies require to consider reimbursement requests or to count your charges toward your deductible. While I will provide you with a Super Bill to submit to your insurance company, I am not responsible for filing insurance claims or for your insurance company's final decisions regarding reimbursement. To determine if you have out-of-network mental health coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
I require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. If you fail to cancel within that time frame, you will be charged the full session fee.
Are telephone/teleconferencing sessions available if I am not able to make my appointment in person?
Yes, I use HIPAA-compliant teleconferencing sessions depending on your unique needs. These sessions will be booked at the same fee as face-to-face sessions.
What are the confidentiality standards you are required to meet?
I protect the confidential information of prospective and current clients. I disclose information only with appropriate consent or with sound legal or ethical justification.
What is the Right to a Good Faith Estimate?
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
